This includes making sure that there is a suitable power source and confirming the wall type to ensure compatibility with the installation.
2. Site Readiness
You must ensure the site is ready for installation by the technician. This includes ensuring there is proper access to the installation area and verifying that the wall can support the installation. If the installation area is unsuitable, the technician has the right to refuse service, and no refund will be provided.
3. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any structural damage to the property or equipment due to incorrect installation environments, such as inadequate power sources, incompatible wall types, or unsuitable wall mounts.
4. Refund Policy
All service bookings are final. Once the service is confirmed, no cancellation or refund will be allowed unless the setup is incomplete or failed due to our fault. If you encounter any issues after the setup, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will make every attempt to resolve the issue.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with the date of the latest revision. Please review this page regularly to stay informed of any updates.
